  • 450g GALLOWAY CHEDDAR, grated
  • 12 slices bacon, about 8 ounces
  • 6 slices thin-sliced bread

What to do

  1. Cut crusts from bread then cut each slice in half.
  2. For each puff, place 1 bread half,  on a strip of bacon.
  3. Sprinkle with 3 tablespoons grated Galloway Cheddar.
  4. Roll up and fasten with picks.
  5. Stand rolls on edge on a rack in a shallow baking pan. Bake at 205°C/400°F/gas 6 15 to 20 minutes, or until lightly browned.
