Galloway^® is the family’s favourite Scottish cheddar* and is a versatile, quality medium cheddar. Traditionally available in block format, you can also buy Galloway^® in sliced and grated formats.

Galloway^® was launched in 1959 and celebrated its 50th Anniversary in 2009 as an iconic Scottish brand.

It is a medium strength coloured cheddar matured for a few months and it is this level of maturity which gives Galloway^® the consumer benefit of appealing to the whole family! Galloway^® is sold exclusively in Scotland.
