What you'll need 
- 115g GALLOWAY CHEDDAR
- 2 tbsps whole-grain mustard
- 1 tbsp regular maple syrup
- ½ large apple
- 8 wooden skewers
What to do
- Whisk the maple syrup and mustard in a small bowl.
- Cut the Galloway Cheddar into 8 cubes about 2cm square. Core the apple but leave the peel, cut into 8 even pieces. Thread a piece of apple and a cheese cube onto each skewer.
- Serve the cheese skewers with the mustard sauce for dipping.
