Cheddar Apple Skewers

  • 115g GALLOWAY CHEDDAR
  • 2 tbsps whole-grain mustard
  • 1 tbsp regular maple syrup
  • ½ large apple
  • 8 wooden skewers

What to do

  1. Whisk the maple syrup and mustard in a small bowl.
  2. Cut the Galloway Cheddar into 8 cubes about 2cm square. Core the apple but leave the peel, cut into 8 even pieces. Thread a piece of apple and a cheese cube onto each skewer.
  3. Serve the cheese skewers with the mustard sauce for dipping.
